Pack Smart: A suggested packing list can be found here.
- You will need two bags:
- A ‘bus bag’. Pack your lunch, water bottle and anything else you will need for the bus ride. You might want to include a pillow and blanket.
- A ‘below bag’. Your below bag rides under the bus and will not be accessible until we reach Tennessee.
Medications: If your rower will be taking medications, your coach and the on-site medical staff need to know about it. Please send an email to Melissa Waldvogel who will communicate all medication information to the appropriate people. Please be sure to label any over the counter medications with the Rower’s name. Prescriptions should be kept in their original bottle.
