This winter we’re continuing our Friends & Family Shore Workouts starting Saturday, January 5th at the Brittingham Boathouse.
Coach Melinda Miles and Forrest Allen will lead erg workouts designed to increase your endurance, strength, and flexibility. They will introduce you to the basics of rowing technique and improving our fitness with the help of the ergs, weights, exercises, and yoga.
Workouts meet at the boathouse Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and are designed for all fitness levels AND all levels of experience on the ergs!
