Friends and Family Shore Workouts
Ever wonder what your rower is talking about when they come home excited about their “split” or mention the “catch”? Curious about the ergometer in corner of your gym? Want to learn the basics of rowing AND get a fabulous workout?
SUMMER ON-WATER ROWING
Take the work you’ve done on the erg and translate it to a boat. This spring/summer we have on-water social distance 1x rowing for our Friends & Family. Our coaching staff will teach you how to scull this year in 1x rowing shells. Our 1x rowing shells can be equipped with pontoons to offer a stable learning platform.

Back by popular demand Coach Cory Conzemius and the CRRC coaching staff will lead erg workouts designed to increase endurance, strength, and flexibility. Coaches will introduce the basics of rowing technique and support rowers in improving our fitness levels with the help of the ergs, weights, exercises, and yoga.
Workouts meet at the boathouse Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and are designed for all fitness levels AND all levels of experience on the ergs!
