This winter we’re continuing our Friends & Family Shore Workouts starting Tuesday, January 16 at the Brittingham Boathouse.
Coach Melinda Miles will lead erg workouts designed to increase your endurance, strength, and flexibility. She will introduce you to the basics of rowing technique and improving our fitness with the help of the ergs, weights, exercises, and yoga.
Workouts meet at the boathouse every Tuesday after the Juniors practice and are designed for all fitness levels AND all levels of experience on the ergs!
