Qualifications, Election and Term. The management of the Club is vested in a Board of Directors consisting of thirteen (13) members. The Directors of the Club need not be members of the Club and are elected at the annual meeting of the Board of Directors by the vote of a majority of the number of directors then in office. Directors hold office for a three year term until February 28 of the year in which their term is to expire or until their successors are duly appointed. All directors and officers are volunteers and no compensation is received by officers or directors.
