RACE DAY INFORMATION HAS CHANGED!

Due to predicted high winds for race day, the Monona Invite Planning Committee has elected to move the race course to Lake Wingra

We are looking forward to seeing you on April 22, 2017, at the Monona Invite Regatta

Visiting Teams: New Trier High School, Milwaukee Rowing Juniors

Fees: The entry fee for visitng teams to the 2017 Monona Invite is $15 per athlete, and fees are due April 10, 2017 (CRRC rowers, this is included in your spring/summer fees)

Coaches & Coxwain’s Meeting: 8:10AM at the dock

Racing: 9AM Saturday, April 22. Monona Invite Full Event Schedule 2017

Results: Race results will be tweeted at rowCRRC #Mononainvite and will be posted at the information tent.

Boathouse: Camp Randall Rowing Club (CRRC) rows out of the Brittingham Boathouse, 617 North Shore Drive, Madison, WI 53715.

Parking: Spectator parking is available along residential streets around Lake Wingra, and at the Vilas Zoo Beach.

Vehicles hauling team equipment & trailers will have limited parking at Wingra Park via Knickerbocker Street. This lot is not a large lot, so parking will be very limited. PLEASE KEEP ALL VEHICLES AND TRAILERS OFF THE GRASS.

Spectators: The race course has two good spots for spectating: in Wingra Park and Along the path at Vilas Zoo Beach. Please note, Dogs are not allowed in Madison parks.

Accommodations: There are several nearby hotels. Holiday Inn Express or the Hilton

Alternate Sites: CRRC reserves the right to alter the racecourse if the weather demands it. The course has been moved to Lake Wingra. 

Miscellaneous Information: Bathroom facilities are available at Vilas Zoo. There will be extra port-a-potties by the boat launch in Wingra Park for spectators and athletes. Potable water will be available. Garbage needs to be bagged and placed in the parking lot at the designated corner.  Concessions will not be available, however there are several resturants and coffee shops in the immediate area.
