Details: The novice & varsity girl’s squads wil row 18 kilometers in teams of 3; the novice boys will row 21 kilometers in teams of 2; and the varsity boys will row 42 kilometers (a marathon) in teams of 2 or 3.  The “We Can Row” ladies will be providing snacks and beverage along with the help of parents.

Invite your friends and family to come on down and cheer us on!!

This is our big fundraiser of the year so rowers should most definitely…

  • …have written, addressed, stamped, and mailed their fundraising letters!!
  • …have set up their page within CRRC’s Piggybackr fundraiser: https://www.piggybackr.com/camprandallrc/. This is how we collect credit card donations AND track progress online. If rowers haven’t received an emailed invitation or need another one sent, email Mark or simply click the “Join this team” link in the right hand column listing team members.
  • …contact potential donors, extend a personal invite to come down to experience the Erg-a-Thon, share a link to their own Piggybackr page by email with friends & family and on social media.

Remember, this is an opportunity to not only show off all the hard work the team has put in over the winter months on the ergs but also to raise much needed funds to purchase equipment that will help keep the club competitive and safe on the water this spring & summer and for years to come!

Another reason to activate Piggybackr? Not only does it allow us to track individual & club-wide progress towards our goal but there are prizes for rowers who 1) raise the most money and 2) have the greatest number of donors!! $75/$50/$25 debit cards to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place folks in amount raised & number of donors!! Mailed donations will be loaded as they arrive.

If you have any questions or need assistance please feel free to get in touch!
