Ever wonder what your rower is talking about when they come home excited about their “split”?  Feel confused when they mention the “catch?” This winter Coach Melinda Miles will lead erg workouts designed to increase your endurance, strength, and flexibility. She will introduce you to the basics of rowing technique and improving our fitness with the help of the ergs, weights, simple exercises, and yoga. What a fantastic way to kick-start your fitness goals for the new year! Workouts meet in the heated southwest bay of the boathouse and are designed for all fitness levels. Anyone who’s connected to Camp Randall Rowing is welcome to join.
